I want a print but it's not listed in the shop. How can I order it?

You can grab a link from Flickr or Tumblr and send it over. We will let you know in 3 days time which photos can be printed out for you and in what formats.
After making your final decision we will generate a PayPal payment link for your order.

When I try to pay for the prints with my credit card I get an error massage: "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit card or debit card number." I paid for an order with this card before.

There is a limit based on the number of times, the amount of the transactions, the type of merchandise being sold that a credit card can be used within the system without having to verify ownership by opening a PayPal account. The restriction is for security and fraud protection reasons. There is no workaround to this limitation, but you should be able to use another credit card. If there is problem, try using another email address. Else, register an PayPal account.
If nothing else works - let us know by writing an e-mail to us. We will give you our bank account details - IBAN and Account number - this payment method is not prefered: it's slow and additional fees may apply.

How long do I have to wait before I get the prints?

It takes up to 7 workdays to deliver your prints in Europe and up to 30 workdays to deliver them worldwide.
